La Chiminea

La Chiminea

Located near one of the busiest intersection in Germantown, WI this once dilapidated two-story, single family home of 5,500 square feet was transformed into a unique 9,600 square foot Mexican restaurant. This project included the complete removal of all interior and exterior materials, excluding some of the structural components. The new interior decor makes use of the existing heavy timber and exposed structural steel connections. The three dining rooms, split between the two-stories, have created intimate dining areas without disjointing them from one another. The beauty of the seasons can be enjoyed from the award winning 1,400 square foot, stamped concrete patio which includes a central gas fire pit.
